A fine day, but very cold and less sunny.
Coe cut the lawn for the first time.
We had Aymée Grant's niece, "Molly", to tea with a friend "Mr Oliver Wood".
Mrs Godfrey came to supper. We were expecting Grattan too, but he rang up at the last to say he couldn't get over.
