Sheepcote
Cold and grey. None of us went to church and Enid did not come down till nearly lunch time and went back to bed for supper as she was feeling seedy with gout. But she and I walked down to Maiden Ley in the afternoon, and picked pussy willow for her to take back.
Rather a better bulletin of the Prime Minister. Denis stayed indoors all day. It is probably his last visit to Sheepcote.
