Another fine day. Anne biked down to the cinema in the afternoon to see Desert Victory, and after tea Ethel and I walked down to see it. When we got back Grattan had arrived.
After dinner Pippa rang up from Lydford. They are very busy in the thick of haymaking. The mowing machine had unfortunately broken down.
