Sheepcote

Very much the same sort of weather.

Bet and the three children arrived by the mid-day train. I met them in Tils’s car. Alice looks very pulled down.

Hester and Awly bathed in the Castle pool before tea which we had out of door.

Very sad news from ??? this morning. Margaret’s son only lived one day.

Our armies are advancing well in Sicily.
