Sheepcote
A wild, grey and very mild morning, but turned into a lovely sunny afternoon.
Bet went off by 10 am train. In the afternoon Hester and Awly went to the local cinema. At lunch time we heard on the wireless that our troops had entered Tripoli early this morning.
I am sleeping in Bet's room to look after Alice who has been wonderfully good all day.
