I came up here yesterday, arriving for lunch with Mabel.
Grattan turned up [at Sheepcote] on Thursday night for his week's leave but had to be away on Friday. I left Anne well.
Sat with Enid in the afternoon and went to see the Brownings after tea. Everyone delighted with eggs and flowers.
Today I had a very satisfactory morning's shopping. Lunched with Enid. Listened to the Yehudi Menuhin concert at the Albert Hall. Had tea with Mabel and went to see Kathleen Hill afterwards. Walked back. Enid dined here. Rang up Anne. All well. She and Grattan are driving over this afternoon to see a possible house at Bures.
Dr Atkinson saw Mabel and it has been decided that nurse Murphy will leave on Monday.
