A fine day. Bet and Anne bussed into Braintree to see a Noel Coward film, In Which We Serve.
Anne also saw her doctor (Dr Fogg) who is perfectly satisfied with her and expects her to go her full time.
There was a ring up from Radwinter at midnight to ask if Grattan was over here, which he wasn't! He had been expected back. Rather disquieting , but he turned up later at his unit.
