Great Wenham Hall - Sheepcote
Another grey day but I felt more rested and worked on the asparagus bed and picked blackcurrants.
After lunch Bet and Alice took me down to the bus and I got home about 5.40 and had some tea on the verandah. Ethel and Anne had had theirs.
All well and Sarah looks fine.
After supper we listened to a recording of the Prime Minister's speech at the Guildhall.
