Great Wenham Hall
A disappointing day. Very sunless and windy and sometimes downright cold.
I felt awfully tired and didnt come down till about 11 o'clock.
It was a half-holiday so the children were home early, and after tea we went to Little Wenham Hall where they bathed. Too cold to be pleasant. They have come on a lot with their swimming.
After supper Bet and I listened to the wireless and did some mending.
