Roddy and Diana called for Lil soon after 10 o'clock on their way to Eton. They brought Jeremy back in the afternoon for a blow out at the Berkeley and got him back in time for the fireworks. I shopped locally in the morning and in the afternoon went to tea with Kathleen and then on to the Ash Theatre to see the Male Animal. Clever but we neither of us cared for it. I felt dead tired. Took Soneryl
