Bet and John slept here
Bet and John turned up for lunch. There time at Studley was a great success. Hester and Dickie flew back to Paris from London this morning, and Hester rang up and arranged to come out to tea. She looked very nice and well and happt. Awly arrived late, very over-tired and depressed afer her first day's work at the WO. She left immediately after supper and Bet and I were glad to go to bed.
