Slept well but woke so very tired that I cried off my promise to go to Enid. Anne and the boys arrived soon after 11 o'clock. Delightful. All three so happy and nice. We lunched in the kitchen and they left at 2 o'clock for Paddington en route to OH. I lay down all afternoon and felt the better for it. A long letter from Bet wanting to know about Mr St John Ives. I have told all I know.
