Betty slept here
Bet arrived before 12 o'clock so was able to have a good chat with her before an early and super lunch. Then Pips and Tigger departed
and Bet and I talked and talked till Hester arrived to take her to collect the Ms from school and go back to tea.
Later: Much telephoning. Mabel, Awly, Alice. Peggy Saunders joined us for sherry and it is fixed that she will leave on December 12th.
