Bet and Pont slept here
Reg took me to the 11.18 train. Arranged flowers till Bet and (unexpectedly) Pont turned up for a late lunch. Bet had a beastly head and lay down immediately afterwards with aspirin. Pont went off to investigate the labour market! I lay down completely loggo. Bet went to bed and Pont and I dined together.
Thursday, 22 March
Pont went back to Woodside Hospital and 10.30 and at 12 o'clock I went with Bet to Liverpool St to see her off by the 1 o'clock train to Halesworth. She was feeling much better. I bought and posted Easter eggs to Nicky and James, Sarah and Barnaby.
