Anne and Sarah slept here
Anne and Sarah slept successfully in the morning. They lunched at Liverpool St before going down to Chelmsford to see over New Hall where Sarah goes next term. Then they went to see Bengal Lancers at the Cameo Victoria and got home for supper.

Anne and Sarah slept here
Anne and Sarah went to early mass and then on to the zoo, and met Enid and me at the Abercorn restaurant for lunch. Later we three went to the Carlton to see The Flight of the White Heron - an account of the Royal Tour in colour on a wide screen. It was lovely but far too long.
